New Year Dinner

During the silvester some friends and I went out to a chinese restaurant for new year's ave dinner. The one in red is Ke, from China, who has been studying in Munich for quite some time. The girl at the back is from the US.

The day I was very excited and happy because the next day I would be travelling to Spain!!!

After the dinner we went down to the town in Munich to observe the new year celebration. There were lots of fireworks. Quite dangerous because the fireworks were flying everywhere without being controlled.

It is my 1st time having white christmas.. so so so beautiful...





There are christmas Market in Marienplatz, Theresienwiese and MuenchenerFreiheit.



They sell souvenirs, Gluehwein, food.... wah.... the atmosphere cant be explained because it is so dreamy, cooling, romantic, just like in a dream...

A day trip to Mittenwald

CDC organised another trip to other city. This place is called Mittenwald. (Middle Junger). It was winter at that time. The whole group, consisted about 20 people, most of them were invents from China, who were sponsored by the Germany government to CDC to learn german and then work in their respective field at some company for the purpose of transffering German tech back to their country.



The photo on the right, the man in the middle is the headmaster of CDC.


We had a set lunch in one of the restaurant on the way.

We were playing snow ball fight, snow wrestling, with each other, even with the old man, the headmaster... :P

Oh well....that day was very fun and interesting. No doubt we were exhausted, we really had a great time together.

Winter.. My favourite season..

Winter.... My flavourite season. This was my 1st time seeing snow, touching snow... eating snow....

The temperature dropped till -17 before while I was there.

This is huge. It took me about 1 to 2 hours to build this big snow man, who is trained to play badminton and use the umbrella just in case it started raining...

This is the best winter snow photo which I have ever taken. It was taken behind the building of Mechanical Enginnering in Garching, after my classes.
